1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
1.2 Cancellation by GS Jewels:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Unavailability of stock.
- Payment issues.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Incorrect pricing or product description errors.
- In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
- Order cancellation within the eligible timeframe.
- Approved returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- Non-receipt of the order due to courier issues (after investigation and confirmation).
2.2 Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), the refund will be initiated and credited in the customer account within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
2.3 Refund Timelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days.
- UPI & Net Banking: 5-7 business days.
- Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide their bank details for the refund process.
2.4 Non-Refundable Items:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased during sales or clearance events.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
